TravelBuddy (the website at https://travelbuddy.logicaisol.com and the Android app app.travelbuddy.guide) lets you delete the account created with Google sign-in and the data stored with it.
Steps
- Sign in with the same Google account you use in TravelBuddy.
- Type DELETE in the box below.
- Confirm. The account is removed immediately.
What is deleted
- Name, email address, and profile photo.
- Travel preferences and any saved plan draft.
- Sessions and Google sign-in tokens stored for this account.
- Token balance and the token ledger.
- Saved guides, including the photos stored with them.
- Saved itineraries.
- Purchase records we stored for Stripe and Google Play token packs.
What is kept
Stripe and Google Play keep their own payment records. TravelBuddy does not keep a copy of your account or purchases after deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email vaibhav143sri@gmail.com from the Google address on the account and ask for it to be deleted.
